Our videos have spanned everything from the family-focused Tiki Tribe Kids Activity Center to upscale features like the Ario Restaurant and Lanai Tower — giving guests a taste of what makes the resort exceptional before they even arrive.

Doozy Crew has worked hand in hand with JW Marriott Marco Island to tell the resort's story through multiple campaigns, highlighting their transformation into a JW-branded destination.

01 / The Challenge

Market a space that isn't built yet.

JW Marriott Marco Island was undergoing a major brand elevation, moving from a standard Marriott Resort to the more exclusive JW tier. They needed visuals that matched this elevated standard.

Some of the resort's new features were still under construction, including the adults-only Lanai Tower — which meant we had to creatively market the experience before it physically existed.

02 / The Solution

Live action meets 3D renders.

We created a series of dynamic videos using a hybrid approach of live action and 3D animated architectural renderings to visualize new spaces like the Lanai Tower before completion.

For completed areas, we combined cinematography with movement-based transitions, drone shots, and lifestyle moments to help guests imagine themselves in the experience, whether dining at Ario, playing at 10K Alley, or relaxing at the Cane Tiki Hut.

The Lanai Tower teaser generated significant excitement, helping drive awareness and pre-bookings well before the tower opened. Feature videos were integrated into JW Marriott's digital marketing and in-room promotional loops.
