What does a typical project cost?

Project budgets depend on scope, crew size, shoot days, locations, talent, and post-production needs. Smaller projects are possible when the scope is focused, while full-service brand films, campaigns, and broadcast-level work usually require a more significant investment. After the kickoff call, we help shape the right scope for your goals and build a fixed-fee quote so expectations are clear before production begins.

How long does production usually take?

Three to eight weeks end-to-end for most work. Pre-production runs one to two weeks, the shoot itself one to three days, post two to four weeks. We've done rush jobs in a week when the deadline demands it.

Do you handle scripting and creative direction?

Yes — most projects start with us writing the script, building the shotlist, and directing on set. You bring the strategy and brand voice; we bring the cinematic translation.

Do you travel outside Columbus?

Constantly. We've shot in Detroit, Marco Island, Atlanta, and multiple countries for Lifeline. Travel costs roll into the fixed quote.

Can you work with agencies or internal marketing teams?

Often. We white-label for agencies, plug into internal marketing teams as the production arm, and handle everything from kickoff to delivery on your timeline.

What deliverables come standard?

Every project includes a master cut and the platform-specific versions defined in the scope — typically some combination of 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, plus :15 / :30 / :60 cutdowns. We handle music licensing for the approved final deliverables, and you receive the rights to use the finished videos as agreed in the project scope.

What sets you apart from a freelancer or a large agency?

Freelancers can be great for narrow tasks, but you often have to assemble and manage the team yourself. Large agencies bring strategy, but they can also bring extra layers and overhead.
